Thank you to Entangled Publishing and Nina Crespo for the opportunity to read and review this story. I was drawn to this story as soon as I read the blurb. It caught my attention because you never know where romance can strike!
What I love
The characters: I love Jasmine’s character because she is a strong woman that didn’t need to depend on anyone. I also love Ethan’s character because he eventually decided that once he wanted Jasmine, he did what he needed to do to make it happen.
The story: There were parts of this story that made me angry because I hate seeing people being mistreated. I didn’t like some of the characters, but there was enough of Jasmine and Ethan that made up for the things that I didn’t like about the story. I did enjoy when Jasmine realized that she should do better than the job she was working at and decided to pursue that!
