REVIEW: Tamed (Club Sin #5) by Stacey Kennedy

Club Sin # 5
By: Stacey Kennedy
Releasing March 10, 2015

USA Today bestselling author Stacey Kennedy returns to the tantalizing world of Club Sin in an enticing novel of control and surrender.

Porter Marshall has nearly achieved his goal of becoming a Club Sin Master, but his new sub poses a much bigger challenge than he anticipated. Despite their mutual attraction and red-hot dungeon sessions, Kenzie Hart plays her own games. Her bratty, you-can’t-break-me attitude masks terrible personal hurt—pain that only the exquisite touch of a skilled Dom can release. But when Porter suggests taking their connection to the outside world, Kenzie denies him . . . which only makes him want her more.

Kenzie can’t ignore the raw, fierce bond she has with Porter. But she can’t give in to his dangerous demands, either. Is the passion they share real, or is he using her to solidify his status at Club Sin? And yet, who else can she trust with the shattering secrets she holds within? As Porter expertly brings her to the point of no return, Kenzie surrenders her body—and, piece by piece, her heart.

Tamed is an erotic romance intended for mature audiences.

Adri’s Review

First of all like always I want to thank Netgalley for providing me with a copy for this book so that I could bring you this review.

Oh where to start. You all know that I got into this series when I came across book 2 in this series and have been in love with it since, but I have to say that this book absolutely became my favorite of the whole series.

Porter is the perfect Dom for Kenzie. Though she is a bit of brat the fact that Porter was able to see past her attitude to what she hides is amazing. Kenzie had a tough childhood, one that broke my heart that she had to deal with. But it also made her the person that she is. I also enjoyed the fact that she was able to see that it isn’t a bad thing to lean on others when you need it. I also enjoyed the fact that even though Kenzie does like to feel pain and pleasure to get an emotional release, Porter is able to show her that there is other ways.

I give this book 5 hard kisses, wish it could be more but 5 is the highest we go…

Happy Reading…. Adri

Erin’s Review

I have been anxiously awaiting Kenzie’s story since I started reading the Club Sin series many months ago.  She, by far, is my favorite Club Sin submissive, not only for her sassy mouth but for the heart she has underneath that devil may care exterior.  She’s a paradox, our Kenz.

Enter Porter. I’m so glad he got a book. I didn’t find him as domineering as, say, Kyler, but Porter’s own brand was definitely the right one to deal with Kenzie. I don’t think anyone else could have read her the way he did.

The chemistry between these two is hot. The tension is there and it is quite the sight to watch him master her in the way that he did. He let her be her. Kenzie certainly isn’t easy, that’s for sure, and after knowing her back story, it really shaped her character well.

I have to admit, this one is my favorite of the Club Sin series, hands down. I couldn’t get enough Kenzie and Porter. Add an air of suspense and danger and you have yourself one hell of a story.

5 kisses for Club Sin and for Stacey Kennedy

Author Info

Stacey Kennedy is the USA Today bestselling author of the Club Sin series. Growing up, Stacey’s mind wandered the path less traveled, and that path most often led to love. She has always broken rules and she continues to feed off emotion—always staying true to her heart. Those traits are now the bones of her stories.
She lives in southwestern Ontario with her husband, who puts any of the heroes in her books to shame, and their two young children. If she’s not on Mom duty or plugging away at a new story, you’ll find Stacey camping in the summer, hibernating in the winter, and obsessing over Penny Dreadful, Game of Thrones, and Sons of Anarchy.
