As always first things first… Thank you St. Martin’s Press and Netgalley for providing us with a copy of this book so that we could bring you this review.
Ok of all the books that I read for the holiday season I have to say this is the one that stayed with me the longest and hit me the deepest. Daniel and the purpose he has in life is heart wrenching. The things he has lived through and has had to suffer broke my heart. Then, add in what he has decided to dedicate his life in doing and taking care of. Yeah this was one of those that had me pulling out the box of tissues and crying like there was no tomorrow. Then lets add in Shannon and what she deals with, the things whe is hiding from, and knowing how close that hits home for me and I was emotionally and completely invested in this story. I loved the fact that things worked out so well for them and that they had such a wonderful connection. I loved this book that is for sure. I know for sure I want to go back and read the other books in this series. I adored all the characters we get to meet in this book.
I give his book 5 heartwarming kisses…
Happy Reading… Adri
