As a child, Soraya dreamed of becoming an author, recreating the types of stories she devoured day and night. Fast forward more than a few years, and Soraya is now living her dream. Working as a full-time author, she writes every day around her other job of being a mom to two little boys. Soraya describes being an author as “the best career in the world”, and she hopes to be writing romance for many years to come.

Soraya loves spending her days thinking up characters for romance stories, and her home is a constant source of inspiration. She lives with her own real life hero and two sons on a small farm in New Zealand, surrounded by animals and with an office overlooking a field where their horses graze.

Thanks first and foremost as always to St. Martins Press and NetGalley for providing us with a copy of this book so that we could bring you this review.

We all know I love my second chance love stories and add to that the King brothers and its a recipe for a great book. Hope has never stopped loving Chase and its clear when she first comes to the King Ranch to help Chase with his special project, but she has something she’s never told him and that could be the one thing that ends up causing Chase to never trust her again. The worst part is that when he finds out the truth he begins to doubt her in other ways and almost causes him to lose her forever. When he doesn’t trust that what she thinks is happening at the ranch and who is betraying them it nearly costs him more than the woman he has loved for years. I enjoyed the way that he finds to make it up to her and remind her why they were so good together on their one time together in the past.

I give this book 4 caring kisses…

Happy Reading… Adri
