on temporary hold. When he’s offered a chance to stay at Collins Country Cabins, Jace jumps at the opportunity to spend more time with the beautiful but wary Delaney Collins.
she’s determined to not let the handsome cowboy under her skin, Delaney can’t deny how much she looks forward to every day with him. She’s determined to be friends with the handsome cowboy, nothing more, even though Delaney’s heart flutters every time he draws near.
Thanks to Tasty Book Tours and Darlene Panzera for that chance to read and review this book. My apologies for the review being late. I wasn’t able to finish it over Memorial Day weekend due to the Buffalo Marathon! I had finished the previous two books and was looking forward to this book. I have been waiting for Delaney’s book since the first one. I liked her character right from the beginning. I wasn’t disappointed either!
There was something about Jace from the beginning that I thought would be a good thing for Delaney and Megan. I understood Delaney’s reluctance to get involved with Jace, or any guy for that matter. For the last couple books, I thought it was going to be someone else, but Jace was the right one for Delaney and Megan. Delaney had to find a way to trust a man and Jace had to prove that he wasn’t the hunter that he was portrayed as.
I loved reading the back story of Jace, finding out who is was related to, and watching him win Megan and Delaney over. I love watching Delaney let Jace in and slowly gain her own strength back. This was a great way to wrap up the series.
