Thank you to Melissa Foster and Tasty Book Tours for the opportunity to continue to read and review this amazing author and series! Normally, my reviews are a little longer, but for this one, I have to do a shorter review. I am sick as a dog as I write this. Stupid allergies!
I love every thing about this book. I love how Melissa wrote about two characters overcoming traumatic events. Two very different traumatic events, but how Boyd and Janie handled their traumas differently is what truly made this story that much more enjoyable. I also loved the romance coming unexpectedly for Boyd and Janie, despite the teasing relationship that they had developed through Janie’s work.
