Caelen Calvo has three meddling sisters, an employment problem, a married ex-boyfriend, and a massive headache from all the drama. Pass the wine, please. Her only hope of redemption comes in the form of a charm school that she and her sisters have recently inherited. The problem? The real money comes, not from manners and etiquette, but from naughty, after hour, classes that the sisters must take over and teach.
Caelen draws the short straw. The first topic on the charm school’s roster, well, let’s just say it involves her mouth and a man’s . . . Thrill Drill. If she were a cheerleader, she would chant: Give me a B to the J, rah, rah, rah—Caelen has four short days to research advanced techniques like The Corn on the Cob and The Twist and Twirl . . . plus prep the charm school for a blowout party and – oh yeah – find a man willing to be her temporary guinea pig.
Dare Lagos has been in love with Caelen since middle school. The former professional boxer, turned firefighter, has always fought for what he wants. The battle for Caelen’s heart is no different. Doesn’t matter that they used to bicker, endlessly, back in the day. Doesn’t matter that he has a cheating ex-wife that created serious trust issues. And it shouldn’t matter that he’s been suspended from his job as a Hot Shot, because he may have over-reacted when his ex-wife’s Boy Toy was assigned to his station. Nope. None of that matters except the taste of her smart mouth, the feel of her smooth skin and the smell of her sultry scent surrounding him. He wants Caelen Calvo—and he’s going to make sure that the only name on her short-list, is his.
A Secret Longing…
Quiet and reserved Professor Brynn Calvo always plays by the rules. Not anymore. She is willing to risk everything: her career and her reputation—all for one red-hot week, between the sheets, with a rough-edged, MMA fighter.
A Sensual Obsession…
Tortured by a past he can never escape, Alexei Park’s world is full of takers: pushers, gang bangers, La Mafia. Everyone except his vulnerable professor. Brynn is beautiful and caring, but she’s out of his league. Acting on his searing desire could destroy her career and poison her life, so he keeps his distance.
A Wicked Proposal…
Time to break all the rules! Brynn and her sisters inherit a charm school notorious for its naughty, after-hour classes. In order to keep it from bankruptcy, she must teach a class on Intimate Instructions, more specifically, toys! Adult toys—pulsating, shaking, and undulating devices she knows nothing about. She has seven days to find someone to help her with the class.
Only one man comes to mind…
Will she jeopardize her career and risk her heart for a few days of vibrating delight?
Athena Calvo is as tough as nails.
She’s also newly divorced and emotionally vulnerable. To get herself back out on the dating scene, she volunteers to teach the next charm school class: Sensation Play. She immerses herself in blindfolds, silk scarves, wax play, and more! She knows Tommy Lagos wants to help her with hands-on research, but she’s looking for a short term commitment. There’s just one problem.
He wants forever…
Tommy Lagos never takes life too seriously.
He is a beast in the ring and between the sheets. His shredded muscles and wicked charm have taken him far, but behind his cocky grin lives ambition, fire, and a drive to fight for everything that matters—especially Athena. He knows he can seduce her into giving him more than a few days.
He will own her body, one blindfold at a time, but will he be able to seduce her into risking her guarded heart?
Arrogant, willful, and sexy as sin.
Ruthless Willem Charles is as merciless in the boardroom as he is in the bedroom. When he finds his grandmother’s charm school has been swindled by the Calvo Quads, he will fight dark and dirty to secure his family’s legacy. Even if it means he has to move in. The only obstacle is Dacey Calvo and his growing obsession with her killer curves and quick wit.
Cheerful, bubbly, and whip-smart.
Irrepressible Dacey has never gotten busy in the boardroom or the bedroom. She’s finally ready to ditch her virginity for the man she loves. Willem, a.k.a. the handsome Devil, is the subject of her nighttime fantasies—his searing blue eyes promise wicked delights. He has no idea just how persistent she can be when there’s something she wants.
She’ll teach him a lesson he’ll never forget.
Dacey must teach the next naughty class on Video Lovemaking. Can she overcome past trauma and star in her own amateur video? There’s only one man talented enough to become her research assistant. Her sisters want to banish the handsome Devil, but she needs him to stay. Can she find a way to have her billionaire and appease her sisters, too?
This is the fourth, full-length book in the searing-hot Charm School Series. You don’t have to read previous books to enjoy this one. But beware, you will become addicted. One is never enough!
So I need to start off by saying that if it weren’t for Author Stalkers Unite a group that I am in on FB I would never have known about these books. Lynn posted in that group/page a link to Lesson 1. When I first saw the post I thought oohhh this might be a nice quick fun read. Something to reach between some of the heavier topic books that I sometimes read. Something that wouldn’t take too much time just fun and relaxed. who would have guessed that I would have come across a series of books that I would completely fall in love with. A series that would be so absorbed in so quickly that I would count the minutes until the next book. I was able to devour books 1-3 in just a matter of days. Then I had wait over a month for the last book and to tell you honestly it was the one that I was most interested in reading… but I will get back to that one in a minute. Let me just tell you how much I loved all the other books. Starting with Caelen and Dare, those who have been following the blog for a while know how much I love this type of book. Its not quite a second chance love but it is a enemies to lovers book. And let me tell you the UST that these two have is off the charts, but not as much as the tension that starts to build in book 1 of Dacey and Willem’s tension. Then we go off to book and and the sexiness that is Alexei and Brynn. Lynn finds a way to gives us anther great thing those forbidden love stories. I was left with one curiosity of what happens with Brynn and the school after everything comes to light, but I will leave you with that curiosity. Alexei has a lot of things that he needs to deal with and has had a hard life but is working hard to make something better of his life. Though I would like to claim him another member of Lynn’s group has already claimed him. I will say that in this book Lynn introduces us to a few new characters that I am looking forward to seeing what happens to them in their own book (which she has already said they will get eventually). Oh and let me tell you I found myself giggling so many times through this book just imagining Brynn’s laugh at the foul language. Next we get to the most badass of all the Calvo quads… Athena. Athena is the one that I never expected to see a book of, since she was the one that was already married when the series started. Only things aren’t as what they seem and she gets her chance of real love. Tommy is kind of that sexy in a young guy kind of way. Though they are all young, Athena acts so much older than all the other characters which makes her seem so much older than Tommy and makes Tommy seem so young. He fights so hard for her to see him as the man that can make her happy. I thought the end was so super cute. This brings us to my most favorite of all the books. Book 4 Dacey and Willem’s book, the sexual tension between Baby D and The Devil. Baby D says every time they see each other that they are meant to be, but the Devil doesn’t seem to believe it. He thinks she is kind of crazy for the things she says but it turns out that Baby D was right all along. I know at this point this review has gone on long, but I have to say that I am in love with the Devil and love the fact that he was such an ass but tried so hard not to be. His childlike quality and his cluelessness about so many thing is what I think I love the most about him.
Well I will end this review here, but know that if you want to read a great set of books I would recommend getting a jump on these before the next book comes out. You will never want to go back to school so much as you will during this series.
